These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Travelbug Inc., an independent travel advisor operating under the host agency, Endless Family Travels. By engaging Travelbug Inc.’s services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Role & Scope of Services
Travelbug Inc. provides travel planning and booking services as an independent advisor affiliated with a host agency. While we work with reputable suppliers to arrange travel services, Travelbug Inc. acts as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for the provision of services by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines).
2. Booking & Payment
- Quotes: All travel quotes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a deposit or full payment is made and confirmed by the supplier.
- Payment Deadlines: Clients are responsible for making all payments by the deadlines provided. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of bookings.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific supplier. Travelbug Inc. will assist with these processes but does not guarantee outcomes.
3. Travel & Insurance
Travelbug Inc. strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays.
Clients may purchase insurance through our recommended providers or a provider of their choice.
4. Liability
Supplier Responsibility: Travelbug Inc. is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, warranties, or breaches by travel suppliers. Any issues arising from supplier services must be addressed with the supplier directly.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, adhering to travel regulations, and ensuring they have valid travel documents (e.g., passports, visas).
Travel Advisor Responsibility: Travelbug Inc. is responsible for taking the care and precautions to ensure bookings are correct, and has Errors & Omissions Insurance for any issues which arise.
5. Insurance
Travelbug Inc. carries Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance for professional liability.The host agency provides additional business insurance and coverage, ensuring protection for our clients.
6. Changes & Modifications
Any changes to bookings, including modifications to travel dates, accommodations, or services, are subject to availability and supplier conditions and fees. Travelbug Inc. will facilitate these changes where possible but cannot guarantee their success.
7. Force Majeure
Travelbug Inc. is not liable for disruptions to travel caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or supplier insolvency. Clients are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to mitigate risks.
8. Compliance & Regulation
Clients must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the countries they visit. Travelbug Inc. is not responsible for penalties or issues arising from non-compliance.
9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, Travelbug Inc. will work in good faith to resolve the issue amicably. Disputes that cannot be resolved will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Travelbug Inc. operates.
10. Privacy Policy
Client information is used solely for booking and facilitating travel services. Travelbug Inc. does not share personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill travel arrangements.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By using Travelbug Inc.’s services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
